Mobii Christmas Raffle Promo Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
◦ This promotion is open to both existing users and new applicants who register on the Mobii platform until December 30, 2023.
◦ Users must download the Mobii app from Google Playstore or Apple Store and sign up for an account.
◦ Upon successful registration, each participant will receive one (1) raffle entry.
◦ Car hosts can earn additional raffle entries by registering more than one car on the platform.
◦ To qualify for the draw, users and registered accounts must like and follow both the Mobii PH Facebook and Instagram pages.
◦ Employees of Mobii and its affiliates, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Prize and Winner Selection:
◦ One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries.
◦ The winner will receive a cash prize of P5,000.
◦ The winner will be notified through a message within the Mobii app within 24 hours of the draw.
◦ The prize money will be transferred directly to the winner's bank account provided in their Mobii account details.
3. Draw and Announcement:
◦ The raffle draw will be conducted on December 30, 2023, at 5:00 PM under the supervision of the CEO and the CLO.
◦ The winner will be announced via a Facebook post on the Mobii PH page on December 30, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
4. General Conditions:
◦ By participating in this promotion, all participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
◦ Mobii reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
◦ Any decision made by Mobii regarding the promotion is final and binding.
◦ All disputes arising from the promotion will be resolved by Mobii and its representatives.
5. Data Privacy:
◦ Mobii will collect and use personal information provided by participants solely for this promotion.
◦ Participants' personal information will be handled by Mobii's Privacy Policy.
