The renter is not expected to clean or disinfect the car before returning it to your host. As such, if the renter returns the car in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, the host can report the issue.
Our support team will review the evidence and report, and if it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, Mobii shall charge the renter a cleaning violation fee of Php5,000.00 to be credited to the account of the host plus a 3% processing fee for Mobii. This is without prejudice to any additional charge should the cost for the damage to the vehicle be significant and more than Php5,000.00.
