Clean Car Policy - Host
Operations
Hosts must provide you with a clean and disinfected car, otherwise the renter may refuse to accept and cancel the booking free of charge and the host shall be liable to reimburse the booking fee of Php500.00 plus sanctions as provided by Mobii hereunder.
If there is a concern that the car wasn’t cleaned and/or disinfected, the renter has the right to refuse the vehicle and cancel the booking. It is important that the renter doesn’t accept the car or complete the booking process otherwise the renter shall be deemed to have waive any concern or issue about the cleanliness and disinfection of the vehicle.
To report a cleanliness issue, take photos showing the car’s condition and upload and report the same via Mobii app upon inspection and before the completion of booking process. In this regard, Mobii shall cancel the trip and issue a refund should there be any charge, or Mobii shall help you find a new car.
